The Role
Analyst/Associate, DCM Execution, IBD
Key Accountabilities
- Junior member of DCM team to provide bond service to clients including pitching, deal origination and execution, reporting to the Head of DCM;
- Supporting senior members of the DCM team for pitching and execution work;
- Provide market update to clients and maintain databases;
- Work closely with internal fixed income sales team for marketing and gathering feedback from investors;
- Work closely with DCM Syndicate team on transaction pricing;
- Handle internal reporting and other daily tasks;
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, law or related discipline preferred;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in DCM obtained within investment banking experience, with offshore DCM work experience is strongly preferred;
- Candidates with full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Responsible, pleasant and presentable, a good team player;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc;
- Good ability in written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory, ability to converse in Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory;
