Global Financing Specialist

工作职责

1. 协助客户融资业务申请、内部风险分析及审批、融资业务落地等展业支持；
   Assist with financing limit and ratio applications, internal risk analysis and approvals, financing projects' implementation, etc. to support business
2. 协助进行Margin融资业务支持，包括员工培训、经营数据分析、潜在客户挖掘等展业支持；
   Assist in providing support for margin financing business, including employee training, business data analysis, and potential client prospecting for business expansion
3. 协助整理总结Margin融资业务物料，包括客户画像、客户案例分享、营销话术、投资者教育材料等并通过公司内部、官网等渠道进行投放和分享；
   Organize and summarize margin financing business-related materials, including client profiles, client case studies, marketing scripts, investor education materials. Distribute such materials through both internal platforms and external channels.
4. 协助公司在海外其他国家与地区开展融资业务的展业相关工作，包括需求调研、监管框架分析、商业计划制作、内部流程推动等；
   Assist the company in expanding its financing business in overseas markets, including conducting market research, analyzing regulatory frameworks, preparing business plans, driving internal processes, etc.
5. 定期收集汇总前中后台问题并寻找业务数字化解决方案，包括数字化的需求设计、后期落实的测试以及宣导等工作；
   Collect margin financing business-related issues and seek corresponding digital solutions, including digital solutions' design, testing, implementation and adoption.
6. 其他Margin融资业务相关工作。
   Other ad hoc work.
   任职资格
7. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
   Has outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behavior.
8. 1-3年金融行业工作经验，有香港Margin融资业务、股票质押等相关工作经验优先；
   1-3 years of experience in finance industry. Experience in margin financing and stock pledging is an advantage.
9. 有扎实的金融市场知识，对香港Margin融资业务和其他融资类业务规则及风险有深刻的理解，对金融服务行业有热情；
   Has a solid understanding of financial market, including knowledge and risks of margin financing and other financing-related business. Has a passion for financial services industry.
10. 工作认真负责，善于团队合作；适应能力、学习能力、抗压能力强，具有较强跨部门的沟通能力，熟练使用Office相关办公软件；
    Has a strong sense of responsibility and good at team working. Fast-learner with good adaptability and stress tolerance. Has excellent cross-department communication skills. Proficient in using daily office software like Microsoft Office.
11. 了解证券市场动态，熟悉二级证券市场交易、交易型客户特性及交易策略优先；
    Has a good understanding of securities market dynamics, as well as client's characteristics, trading strategies is an advantage.
12. 本科以上学历，有研究生学历，或金融、基础科学与工程等专业背景优先；
    Bachelor degree or above. Master degree, or interdisciplinary background in Finance, Science & Engineering is an advantage
13. 可使用英语及普通话进行流利沟通优先。
    Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
