Senior Director, Relationship Manager (Origination) - Regional Corporate & Investment Bank

Job Description

Our client is an expanding and well-established regional corporate & investment bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Corporate Banking, Senior Director (Origination) (HK Conglomerate, China POE/ SOE, Regional MNC) in order to expand their business capacity in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit business from new & existing corporate clients and syndicated loan arrangers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major financial institutions to find and secure new transactions covering various sectors
  • Draft or review term sheets with financial proposals and legal terms
  • Prepare credit application with the analysis of each borrower and guarantor
  • Review financial and security documents, and execute the signing of the financial contract
  • Coordinate professionally with the middle and back office team in KYC, drawdown and other related issues
  • Collaborate and work with specialists & headquarter’s staffs for business development
  • Liaise with external parties, such as legal counsels, professional valuers, and other counterparties
  • Monitor corporate clients’ daily loan account operation and news in the market

Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • 10 years + Corporate Banking & Structured Finance Front Office experience with excellent track record
  • Excellent knowledge & experience on various corporate finance & structured finance products (i.e. syndicated loans, shipping and aviation finance, fund finance, etc)
  • Solid credit/ financial analysis & credit proposal experience
