Our client is an industry leader in its domain, and they are new recruiting a new head count to oversee their operation, supply chain workflow and ERP management.

About the role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role drives organizational advancement by reshaping operational and distribution workflows, SOP and promoting the use of modern automation and digital technologies. The position focuses on creating an adaptable and scalable business environment by embedding innovative processes and solutions throughout the company. Primary duties include pinpointing process inefficiencies, spearheading data-based redesign initiatives, and adopting automation and AI tools to strengthen performance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing ERP systems and various digital platforms to ensure best practice are implemented for the supply chain and operation function by working with internal stakeholders. By working collaboratively with technology and operations groups, this leader fosters a culture of continual improvement and guarantees that all investments in IT deliver measurable, practical benefits.

The successful applicant

  • Degree-qualified in information systems, business or operation management, or similar relevant discipline
  • More than 10 years' experience leading operations and with knowledge on recommending new technology for automation and AI-driven efficiencies for cross functions
  • Having a good understanding in supply chain, logistic distribution and operation workflow will be a major plus
  • Track record of identifying improvement opportunities and delivering sustainable, scalable results through new technologies and process recommendation
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across all levels and business partners
  • Adept at multitasking in high-paced settings, displaying sound judgment and decisive leadership
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
