Software Engineer – Developer Experience

Help build internal tools, CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks that empower game developers. You’ll streamline workflows and ensure the engineering team can deliver high‑quality, motion‑driven experiences efficiently.

Unity/C# Developer:

Design and implement features in Unity, integrate sensor inputs into gameplay, and optimise performance for a smooth and intuitive user experience across a variety of games and IPs.

Requirements

Software Engineer – Developer Experience

  • Proven backend engineering skills (e.g., Python, C++/Rust/Go) and a passion for building developer tooling—think CI/CD pipelines, internal SDKs, test harnesses and packaging.
  • Experience designing and maintaining cross‑platform build systems and improving code quality through automation (linting, static analysis, unit and integration testing).
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams to streamline workflows and support engineers working on everything from firmware to game content.

Unity/C# Developer

  • Strong track record shipping real‑time applications or games in Unity using C#; deep understanding of performance optimisation, physics, animation and low‑level systems.
  • Ability to integrate custom sensors or third‑party SDKs and work with artists, designers and backend teams to turn concepts into polished, responsive gameplay.
  • Experience writing clear, modular code and debugging on resource‑constrained devices; knowledge of C++ or Python is a bonus for tool integration.
