Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Trading Strategy Insights

• Monitor market trends, analyze the impact of major market movements on trader psychology, and develop corresponding marketing content strategies based on product features.
• Accurately identify market hotspots and promptly produce high-conversion content (e.g., market commentaries, stock analysis, investment opportunity alerts) to boost users' trading inclination.

Product Strength Packaging & Content Operations

• Develop compelling product packaging strategies tailored to different market conditions and user needs, leveraging Moomoo's product characteristics to drive user trading conversion.
• Plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns during key market events (e.g., earnings seasons, FOMC meetings, CPI releases) to maximize user activity and trading conversion rates.

User Growth & Precision Operations

• Manage the user lifecycle, analyze user behavior paths through data, and formulate precision operation strategies for different trading stages (e.g., new users, active users, churned users).
• Optimize the user growth funnel via A/B testing, user segmentation, and marketing automation to increase user trading frequency and average order value.

User Education & Investment Tool Promotion

• Plan and produce content that enhances users' trading capabilities by utilizing Moomoo's intelligent trading tools and options strategy tools, fostering investment habits and improving platform stickiness.
• Develop personalized content growth strategies for different investor types (e.g., novice investors, experienced traders, options investors) to improve user trading conversion rates.

Requirements

Industry Background

• Experience in securities, fintech, or investment/trading apps is preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, with the ability to quickly interpret market changes and accurately capture investor needs.
• Active stock or options trader familiar with the user experience of trading products, capable of optimizing content strategies from a user perspective.

Core Competencies

• Proficient in growth operation methodologies, able to develop precision growth strategies based on the user lifecycle.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of optimizing content strategies and trading conversion paths using user behavior data.
• Excellent content planning and marketing skills, able to package product strengths effectively according to different market environments to improve trading conversion rates.
• Familiar with growth tools such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and marketing automation, with a strong data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with options trading and familiarity with options strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of options investors' needs.
• A proven track record of successful content growth cases, with practical end-to-end experience from content outreach to trading conversion.
• Familiarity with U.S., A-share, and Hong Kong stock markets; background in financial media, investment research, or financial content planning is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
