Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diversified client base, ensuring robust two-way flow across products including index products and futures.
Demonstrate deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including strategies to source inventories and navigate regional regulatory landscapes.
Collaborate closely with all trading teams within Prime to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across APAC, with a focus on institutional clients.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to trading teams to enhance product offerings.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales or trading within Delta One, Listed Derivatives, or related equity derivatives, with expertise in index products and futures as essential.
Strong client coverage experience across APAC, with demonstrated leadership in team management and development.
Deep understanding of APAC market structures, inventory sourcing, and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while driving team performance.
