Develop content and user operation strategies around trending topics in the U.S. stock market to drive deep user engagement and improve conversion rates.
Identify profitable opportunities in the U.S. stock market and implement diversified operations including topic-based campaigns, content initiatives, live streaming sessions, and promotional activities.
Identify and maintain core community users, continuously enhance user stickiness and activity, encourage high-quality UGC production, and facilitate effective dissemination of valuable content within the community.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Sensitive to market trends and current events, with hands-on experience in U.S. stock investing. Familiar with the needs and psychology of individual investors, and possess a relatively mature investment style and methodology.
Strong project management and communication skills, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and execution-oriented.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken), data analysis capability, and user empathy.
Willing to work in shifting schedules (including early or late shifts).
Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
