Job Title: SFC Type 6 RO (Or those eligible to be RO Type 6 welcome to apply)
Location: Central, Hong Kong
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute corporate financing and capital market business, including advisory activities related to Listing Rules and Takeovers Code.
- Act as the Responsible Officer for Type 6 regulated activities under the SFC.
- Manage daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
- Eligible for unconditional Type 1 and 6 Responsible Officer licensing under the SFC.
- Minimum 3-5 years as a Type 6 Representative and now recently an RO Type 6, or 1-3 years as a Type 6 RO (Corporate Finance RO Type 6).
- Over 2 years of management experience.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident (HK PR) required.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
