Responsibilities: - Assist the Branch Manager in managing the sales staff of personal banking business, to promote the sales and cross-border business development, and enhance sales productivity and service capacity;
Supervise, train and support the sales staff of personal banking business to create cooperative atmosphere, enhance morale and maximize subordinates' talents.
Requirements: - Degree holder or above, with 5 years or above relevant experience in banking industry;
