(Assistant / Deputy / Senior) Business Strategy Manager, Commercial Banking

Job Description

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial budgets, estimates and forecasts for the department and suggest allocation of resources within department so as to ensure departmental strategies fulfill the banks's overall targets and strategies

  • Regularly review and assess business performance of business units and the department, assist in prepare analytical reports and provide recommendations to Senior Management to optimize business performance
  • Assist Senior Management in formulating business Key Performance Indicators and deploying to the business units for implementation
  • Conduct environmental and variance analysis both externally and internally so as to formulate long-term development strategies

    Requirements: - Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in the financial or Commercial Banking business segment, preferably with 2 years solid experience in strategy planning or consultancy areas
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
