Responsibilities: - Execute Cash Management system building projects with regular analysis on business
requirement, business value, requirement planning, etc. and develop formal business
requirement document.
- Work closely with System Development teams to translate corporate customer
requirement into product functions and features accordingly.
- Gather and analyze customer utilization data, and evaluate customer experience, to
continuously enhance product functions.
- Plan product development roadmap and prioritize resources to different projects.
- Coordinate technology stakeholders for the lifecycle of system development, testing, go-live,
etc., ensuring timely product delivery.
- Track and resolve issues during the project timeframe and report critical milestones to
management-level.
- Develop testing strategy, testing scope and testing plan.
- Write, review and execute test cases and prepare testing reports.

Contribute to business innovation by actively understanding market trends, and research,
introduction and application of new technologies.
Requirements: - 5 years or above experience in a project management, system development, or testing
management role in an IT company, Internet Company or in a financial institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge in system development, testing management, application system
design, etc.
- Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner
(CSPO) would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Cross-border settlement, Internet banking platform, Host-to-host solutions,
Corporate financial management platform would be a plus.
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software
Engineering or other relevant education background.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin a must.
- Good communication skill. A good team player, who is able to work with various functions
effectively.
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner and have an excellence-oriented mindset.
- Have a never-ending quest in understanding new technologies and market landscape of
corporate treasury management. Able to continuously acquire knowledge and skills relevant
to the role.
