Job Responsibilities: - Participate in office administrative optimization projects, analyze existing administrative processes, and propose improvement plans.
Other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
Job Requirements: - Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred), to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels, superiors, and external partners.
Have strong office document processing capabilities, proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, and format various office documents.
