We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our client's Cross-Border Retail Business Hong Kong Team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and building a holistic cross-border wealth management platform.
Location: Central Salary: Up to HKD 72,000/month Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Cross-Border Retail Business team to achieve strategic goals.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to generate new revenue and improve cost efficiency.
Enhance customer experience and service quality for cross-border clients.
Oversee operational processes, risk management, and compliance controls.
Continuously improve sales tools, procedures, channels, and staff productivity.
Optimize resource allocation to support business growth and profitability.
Requirements
Must hold valid HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licenses.
Prior experience as a Team Head or Branch Manager in retail banking with cross-border client exposure is highly preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
Pleasant, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
