Contract Assistant Manager / Manager (Agency Strategy)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional and digital assets for agencies, including videos (e.g. success stories from top-performing teams), reels, and other gimmick content.
  • Lead content creation in both Chinese and English. While Chinese content is primarily handled by external vendors, internal review and contribution remain essential.
  • Assist in planning and executing event initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful delivery.
  • Contribute to the execution of campaigns and programs aimed at achieving KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing and PR communication experience
  • Insurance background is highly preferred
  • Good communicator
