Your new role
Develop and lead IT strategy to support organisational goals
Stay updated on new technologies and advise on IT investments
Ensure IT policies follow best practices and protect data
Manage and improve IT systems and infrastructure
Oversee platforms like ERP, CRM, HRIS, and document systems
Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct regular risk assessments
Lead and support the IT team to deliver quality service
Manage IT budgets and spending effectively
Work with other departments to improve systems based on feedback

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in NGOs, government, or semi-government companies is a MUST.
Skilled in managing large projects like ERP or CRM
Strong knowledge of IT planning, budgeting, and security
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work with limited resources
Fluent in English and Chinese
