A leading global investment management firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong, offering innovative solutions and a wide range of investment products. The firm is committed to delivering exceptional client service and supporting growth in the private bank / HNW distribution market.

Your new role

  • Act as the primary contact for private bank / HNW teams, handling client enquiries and operational matters.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new distributors and clients, including documentation and due diligence.
  • Prepare client reports, fund updates, and assist with trade-related queries.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including presentations, data analysis, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient operating procedures and ensure compliance with marketing materials.

    What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree with 3+ years of experience in sales support, client service, or operations in private banking / asset management.
  • Familiarity with asset management or private banking industry preferred.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently under pressure.
