Director, Partnership Distribution Management and Marketing

Lead the distribution channel management and marketing function for a top-tier local insurer.

Your new role

• Oversee marketing and distribution support for Partnership Distribution channels, including banks, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Develop and implement O2O strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts to drive engagement, product penetration, and channel productivity.
• Leverage the online channels to trigger targeted communications based on customer behaviour and analytics.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events, monitor campaign performance, and ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Provide guidance to team members, manage deliverables, and oversee marketing budgets for efficient resource allocation.

  What you'll need to succeed

• University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including strong exposure to channel marketing.
• Sales experience in an insurance, banks, or brokerage business and familiarity with partnership distribution channels.
• Strong project management, financial analysis, and timeline management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Solid insurance product knowledge and ability to obtain relevant licences for regulated activities.
