Job Description

I am seeking a Business Manager for my client, a leading Asset Management and Fund Investment institution based in Hong Kong He/She will be vital in delivering operational and business management assistance while ensuring effective governance across the APAC region.

Experience

  • Organize, facilitate, and document key governance meetings across the APAC region.
  • Overseeing documentation and reporting related to meetings.
  • Providing crucial regulatory and oversight assistance.
  • Optimize governance structures, minimize redundancy, and support regional and global initiatives, including major committees.
  • This role significantly contributes to efficient decision-making, regulatory compliance, and timely information dissemination to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You will possess demonstrated experience in business management, operations, or governance within the financial services sector, along with a solid understanding of business processes and controls.
  • Solid experience in business management, operations, or governance within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of business processes and controls.
  • A proactive and client-focused attitude, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Asset Management background is preferred.
