SVP/VP - Corporate Finance

Job Description

Job Duties:

  1. Responsible for day-to-day execution of IPO and other corporate finance transactions;
  2. Coordinate the works of other professional parties in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
  3. Review and comment on all relevant transaction documents;
  4. To mentor and coach associates and analysts in deal execution matters including reviewing the works done by associates and analysts;
  5. Assist in project origination including pitch-book and proposal preparation;
  6. Perform other job duties as assigned from times to times.

Job Specification:

  1. University degree holder, professionally qualified in accountancy is an advantage;
  2. Good knowledge about securities market and corporate finance activities;
  3. Good command in English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must;
  4. Good PC knowledge (MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint);
  5. Able to work under pressure;
  6. Self motivated and a good team player.
