We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Corporate Strategy Lead to lead our strategic expansion across Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's long-term growth roadmap, identifying new market opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives across different business lines.

Your new role

Define and refine the company's long-term strategy and competitive positioning in Asia.
Lead market entry strategies for key countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Korea, Japan).
Build business cases for new geographies, product lines, and partnerships. '
Identify and evaluate M&A, JV, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
Oversee strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities and KPIs.
Develop thought leadership on emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, embedded finance, AI in fintech).

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or fintech leadership.
Proven track record in leading market expansion and strategic initiatives in Asia.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, especially in APAC.
