Job Summary
Oversee and lead the development of marketing plans, budgets, product communication, promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives
General Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies for the product line and execute marketing programs to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial, for Hong Kong
Manage administrative works, develop forecast and manage stock inventory
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams in order to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly
A&P management and budget control of assigned projects
Develop and engage KOLs in relevant therapeutic areas
Develop product materials and conduct product trainings for sales team
Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
Collaborate with cross functional departments to fulfill need of business growth
Functional Skills and Knowledge
7 years' sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
Highly self-driven and good leading skills to achieve goals
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
