Exciting new role for you

Focusing on the expansion of the China-related business . This role will be instrumental in designing and executing business strategies, building product solutions, and driving collaboration with partners across investment banking and wealth management area .

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with Chinese joint ventures and China Securities to design and execute winning business strategies.
• Be a Connector: Work closely with investment banking and wealth management teams across Asia, bridging opportunities between Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.
• Drive Innovation: Identify client needs, negotiate with external stakeholders, and help shape product solutions for high-net-worth clients .
• Expand Your Horizons: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and influence decisions that matter.

Requirements

• 5+ years in front-office roles or Business Analyst in Investment Banking , Private Banking , or Corporate Strategy with China-facing responsibilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Japanese is a plus! ).
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling, P&L simulation, and contract review.
• Analytical skills (Pros/Cons, SWOT, MECE, etc.)
