Company Overview:
Our client, a global asset management firm is looking for a Head of Insurance Sales to join their growing team based in Hong Kong.
Responsibility:
Spearhead business development and relationship management for institutional insurance clients across Greater China, driving revenue growth and strategic market penetration.
Collaborate with product and investment teams to design and implement customized solutions aligned with client mandates; lead the execution of roadshows, thought leadership forums, and client engagement events across the region.
Develop deep insights into client portfolios and strategic objectives to deliver high-touch service and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
10+ years of proven experience in institutional sales within the asset management industry or within other financial services companies with strong experience covering insurance clients, with a strong track record of driving business growth and client engagement.
Deep expertise in managing and expanding relationships with insurance clients across Greater China, delivering tailored investment solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent in English and Chinese
