C++ Developer for Low Latency trading desk

Job Description:

Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading systems and infrastructure.
Optimize existing trading algorithms and strategies for maximum performance.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement new trading strategies.
Monitor and troubleshoot trading systems in real-time to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Develop tools and frameworks to support the research and development of new trading strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve trading systems.
Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3 Years or above software development experience.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python with a focus on low-latency and high-performance systems.
Experience with multi-threading, networking, and real-time systems.
Knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithmic trading strategies.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
