Senior Dealer/Vice President – Securities Department

Job Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional projects to improve trading workflows, implement new product or integrate technology solutions (e.g., algorithmic tools).
Monitor real-time market data, news, and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks with sales and internal departments.
Collaborate closely with sales, risk management, and operations teams to align different projects with client needs and firm objectives.
Manage company’s trading activities are compliance with both HK and US regulations (SEC, FINRA, SFC).
Execute and manage trades in US equities, equity options, and related derivatives.
Mentor dealers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, Institutional/HNV clients, and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
Thrive under pressure by prioritizing tasks effectively in fast-moving markets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience trading US equities/options.
Project management experience in trading-related initiatives.
Deep knowledge of US market structure, operation, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in trading platforms (Bloomberg, Winds, Fidessa) and tools (Excel/VBA, Python) is a plus.
Global Futures/derivative and VA dealing experience is a plus.
Margin financing experience is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proven ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to market volatility.
Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to manage a team.
Less experience will be considered as Senior dealer.
