Hedge Fund - Trading Implementation Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is a global hedge fund who is looking to hire a senior implemenation / project manager to help onboard and implement trading requirements across the firm for their portfolio managers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and prioritize incoming requests from Portfolio Managers
  • Help onboard new Portfolio Managers into the firm, ensuring efficiency across the firm
  • Relationship management with Portfolio Management teams, Technology, Operations, Market Data, Vendors
  • Tracking/monitoring/analyzing all requirements and tasks across departments
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and report on current status
  • Experience with process reengineering and business solution development
  • Participate in implementation of strategic initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Strong personal skills, proactive and service oriented attitude while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in financial markets and working with Portfolio Management teams
  • Deep Project Management and Business Analysis skills
  • Experience in project management tracking software (JIRA, Monday.com, etc)
