Operation Manager, Fintech Payment Firm

What You’ll Do:

Handle cross-border payments across multiple currencies with precision and efficiency.
Serve as a go-to expert for payment workflows, partner integrations, and operational best practices.
Review, analyze, and reconcile bank statements, quickly resolving discrepancies.
Troubleshoot complex settlement issues and ensure smooth transaction flows.
Coach and support team members, enhancing overall performance and accuracy.
Participate in the rollout and testing of new payment systems and integrations.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
Work closely with partners and stakeholders to resolve irregularities and ensure seamless transactions.
Support daily payment operations and handovers with international teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Who You Are:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in banking, payment processing, or financial operations.
You understand cross-border payment flows and partner integration.
Analytical and solution-oriented, with a sharp eye for detail.
Comfortable explaining technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative, proactive, and driven to improve processes.
Adaptable to new technologies and evolving industry trends.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
