Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Project Execution: Take ownership of the project post-design, managing the entire lifecycle from development through to enterprise-wide rollout and adoption, ensuring it meets time, budget, and quality objectives.

  • DevSecOps & CI/CD Pipeline Management: Lead the cross-functional team in the implementation and optimization of a robust and secure CI/CD pipeline, ensuring best practices in continuous integration, deployment, and security (DevSecOps) are embedded throughout.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact and effectively manage communication, expectations, and reporting for senior-level stakeholders, including a very technical Data Engineering Director and demanding Digital/Customer Service leaders.

  • Technical Team Leadership: Work seamlessly with the newly formed, insourced Data Engineering team in Mainland China. Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team is aligned and empowered to deliver.

  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, technical debts, and cross-team dependencies. Navigate the complexities of a large-scale, packaged solution rollout.

    Requirements- 7+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role, with a proven track record of managing software development projects.

  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing projects involving DevOps/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).

  • Proven ability to manage technical development teams.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience handling senior-level business partners.

  • Experience working with offshore, or nearshore development teams is preferred

  • Background in a software development, DevOps role prior to moving into project management is preferred
