Data Governance Manager | Banking

Role & Responsibilities

Support product teams and business stakeholders in evaluating use cases.
Manage use case evaluations, including conducting second-line reviews.
Facilitate meetings and prepare presentation materials, including decks.
Summarize meeting recaps and prepare documentation for senior management.
Drive discussions to ensure productive outcomes during liaison meetings.
Collaborate on risk management initiatives, emphasizing data governance and data management/control.
Apply project management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of project experience, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong background in risk management, with expertise in data governance and data management/control.
Project management skills are preferred; experience in data governance and risk & compliance is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and create effective presentation materials.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
