Associate, Data Quality Management Specialist, Business Operations

Key Accountabilities

• Data Quality Management
  • Play role as data quality and data analysis team leader;
  • Drive and supervise data analysis and data mining with local/overseas for business/regulatory requirement;
  • Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis methodology to identify potential data quality risk to ensure data accuracy of local and overseas business or regulatory requirement;
  • Collaborate IT, business and other stakeholders regionally on data quality remediation planning and execution.
• Project Management
  • Lead and drive data management initiatives;
  • Responsible for rolling out data analysis and data quality control project;
  • Collaborate regional offices in various data relevant project such as local and overseas system enhancement, building big data, data mining, developing regulatory reporting， implementing data quality control, etc.;
  • Manage IT, business and other stakeholders regionally to meeting the project requirement and timeline;
  • Proactively resolve the issues from project team.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Information System, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and data quality control or related roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Strong in data analysis and data quality control with proven experience in relevant project;
• Hands-on experience in data analysis and data mining programming/tools (e.g. SQL / python / BI tools) is an advantage;
• Problem solver with excellent communication skills and ability to formulate and remediate the resolution from complex environment;
• Hold certifications such as PMP or programming profession certifications are preferred;
• Proficient in Chinese and English, preferable fluent in Putonghua.
