Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership: Set operating strategy and target operating model; lead multi-location teams and vendors; drive automation and cost efficiency.
Operations: Oversee trade lifecycle and daily settlements for FX, MM, , OTC derivatives, repos/securities lending, and collateral/margin; manage Asia cut-offs and follow-the-sun coverage.
Risk and Control: Maintain strong first-line controls; ensure regulatory compliance (HKMA/SFC and global rules incl. EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, SFTR); manage audits, BCP/DR, and operational resilience.
Financials: Own budget and productivity; support new products/markets with scalable, compliant processes.
Qualifications
10–15+ years in markets/treasury operations; 5+ years leading cross-border teams.
Deep settlements expertise across FX, MM, , OTC derivatives, and collateral.
Strong HK regulatory/infrastructure knowledge; familiarity with global reporting regimes.
Proven transformation and automation delivery; experience with key market utilities and systems.
