What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the full business development lifecycle within tech & staffing consulting
• Build strong relationships with IT professionals and Multinational Corporations
• Provide consultative services throughout the recruitment process
• Pitch solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored talent solutions
• Grow your own candidate and client pipelines
• Drive new partnerships through outreach and networking

  Who We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of work experience, experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or Relationship Building is a plus
• Driven, Target-oriented and with strong business acumen
• Resilient, with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
• Solid communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
