About the Role
Drive and motivate agency to achieve business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide sales support to agency force. Also, to support PAD projects, events & initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Planning - Assist Session Head to formula business plan to engage & uplift agency force's competencies and to drive their activity and productivity
Agency Support - Provide professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complicated issues
Other Responsibilities - Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements
You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
Minimum Job Requirements: - University graduate or above, preferably in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics
Conversant in Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint, AI Tools
