Job Description

Responsibilities: - Review and contribute to the client onboarding process to ensure adherence to compliance requirement.

  • Oversee & follow up the risk and compliance related issues, and coordinate the enquiries from Internal / external parties.
  • Build, develop and maintain client relationship to offer tailor made investment solutions.
  • Ensure the sales practices, marketing materials align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Attend to general client enquiries, liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and follow through.
  • Efficiently execute ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements: - Degree holder in business, finance or relevant disciplines; CFA, FRM is preferable

  • 7-10 years proven experience, preferably in the asset management or broader financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, and the asset management landscape.
  • Experience in KYC / AMC is a must.
  • Client focused with excellent communication, interpersonal skill.
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical and coordination skill.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
