Position Description

To capitalize the business opportunities in UHNW segment with one stop solution to Entrepreneur and Family offices. Provide quality wealth management solution to UHNW clients and full fill their immediate needs as well as long-term goal. Promote one stop solution with a view to acquire new UHNW relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Act as Relationship Manager to maintain good relationship with Entrepreneur and Family offices in the UHNW segment.
  • Acquire new client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop business for Entrepreneur Office HK clients in generating revenue through various wealth management solutions. Scope of work includes account opening, CDD&KYC, product roadshow, project pitching, clients visit in greater China as well as ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide Wealth Management solution (products and services), not limited to: HK and overseas equities, fixed income, futures, commodities, cash solutions, diverse investments funds, enlisted 3rd party products, complex investment solution and concept of wealth planning, also provide a regular portfolio review and market update. Target towards the AUM growth & revenue generation.
  • Participate in internal and external business development activities, discover innovative and popular financial product and raise request to product team.
  • Support business segment to promote company’s professional image
  • Possess strong integrity, compliance sense, willingness to learn and progress
  • Participate internal and external business development activities
  • Support the team to increase company’s brand, product awareness among different clients and market share and penetration
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above from top universities with 7+ years' experience in sales role within wealth management/ asset management business. Finance or relative major preferred. CPA and/or FRM would be advantageous.
  • Possess strong business network in Mainland and have good connections with UHNW clients.
  • Passionate about investment with strong understanding of financial products and services. Experiences in Entrepreneur and Family offices would be ideal.
  • Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed.
  • Customer-focused and detailed-oriented to ensure superior services.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with other internal departments.
  • Strong capabilities of client’s order handling, trading and other non-financial request.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
