About the Role

Reporting to the department head, you will lead exploration and implementation of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives to drive organizational value. Identify and evaluate emerging data sources and technologies to inform analytics strategies and generate measurable business impact. Working with different business stakeholders, you will plan, design, and develop machine learning solutions, applying diverse methods to structured and unstructured datasets to support core goals. You will review current systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements by leveraging both internal resources and external vendors when appropriate. Establish and promote closed-loop feedback mechanisms, continuously integrating learnings into operational processes for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of direct experience delivering significant analytics projects in complex, regulated environments.
• Extensive knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, with proven ability to translate these into practical, business-aligned solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in platforms and tools for programming and data science including expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, data wrangling, web data extraction, and natural language processing.
• Demonstrated strength in linking analytical outcomes to actionable business strategies, with the ability to drive and communicate value through process improvements.
• Good command in Chinese
