About the Role
Providing professional, and high-quality operation services across Underwriting, Product & Campaign Support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Case Underwriting (25%)- Complete underwriting assessments within personal authority levels. Achieve service level, productivity, and quality targets.
Strong adviser communication and relationship building. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders
Product & Campaign (75%)- Support Product Development by providing underwriting input during the design and development of new insurance products. Access risk profiles and ensure product features align with underwriting guidelines. Collaborate with actuarial, product, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and profitability. Collaborate closely with Product, Distribution, and Marketing teams to provide underwriting insights and solutions during product development.
Conduct training sessions for distribution channels (agencies, brokers, bancassurance) and internal teams to enhance underwriting competency and service delivery.
Minimum Job Requirements:- Possess a degree qualification and having professional qualification; LOMA, ALU, ALUCA or CII will be desirable.
Coursework in insurance principles, risk assessment, and financial analysis is highly beneficial.
Others:- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
