We're looking for a skilled Solution Consultant (Microsoft Products) to support one of our largest Market Leader clients.

Your new role

  • Develop tailored architectures for Microsoft Servers, Azure, and M365 to meet client-specific needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical docs, diagrams, and deployment strategies for seamless execution.
  • Configure and optimise Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Deploy Azure services like Compute, Networking, Storage, and Security, plus hybrid cloud integrations.
  • Implement and manage M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security features.
  • Lead workshops and assessments to uncover client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Guide on-premises to Azure/M365 migration strategies for smooth transitions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure support and operation experience
  • Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy technologies.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Storage, Security).
  • Strong skills in M365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, Compliance).
  • Knowledge of Azure migration tools, hybrid cloud setups, and governance practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and client-engagement abilities.
