Web3 Full Stack UI/UX Developer

Position OverviewAs a Web3 Full Stack UI/UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized applications by designing, developing, and optimizing user experiences for blockchain-powered platforms. You will be responsible for building seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces that empower users to interact confidently and securely with smart contracts, digital assets, and decentralized protocols. Your work will bridge the gap between complex blockchain technologies and accessible, user-friendly solutions, driving adoption and engagement across the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities- Design and Develop User Interfaces: Create high-quality, responsive, and interactive web or mobile interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps) using modern front-end frameworks and design systems.

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take projects from initial concept and wireframes through to final implementation, deployment, and iterative improvement, ensuring an exceptional user journey at every stage.
• Integrate with Blockchain Back Ends: Build and maintain full stack solutions that interact with smart contracts, decentralized storage, and blockchain APIs (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon) using web3 libraries such as web3.js, ethers.js, or similar.
• UX Research & Prototyping: Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate new features, gather feedback, and inform design decisions based on user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with blockchain engineers, product managers, security specialists, and other stakeholders to define user requirements, technical specifications, and product vision.
• Implement Secure UX Solutions: Integrate security best practices into the UI/UX, including user authentication, transaction signing, wallet integration, and privacy-preserving features.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure fast, smooth, and reliable user experiences.

  Required Qualifications- Degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in front-end development with frameworks.
• Strong UI/UX design skills, with expertise in design tools.
• Hands-on Web3 development experience, including integration with Ethereum or other blockchain networks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.
• Experience with agile methodologies, issue tracking systems, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
