Associate, Product Operations, Product & Investment Solutions, Wealth Management

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Support daily operations and maintenance of wealth management products, including bonds, funds, structured products, and wealth planning services
Prepare comprehensive product data and sales analysis reports to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring
Keep accurate record of wealth planning products (including referral business) and the usage of services provided by other department and business lines
Maintain the database, ensuring accurate product classification and comprehensive data integrity for all product offerings
Assist in the development and enhancement of wealth management/ planning systems, focusing on the design and optimization of product operations workflows
Manage the addition of funds to trading platforms, ensuring alignment with the approved fund list and availability for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and service delivery
Manager and issue invoices related to products and services, ensuring timely processing and accuracy

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
At least 5+ years of relevant experience in product operation in securities firms or banks
Knowledge in wealth management product and wealth planning product operations
Proficient in Office software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint; SAS/VBA is a plus
Attention to detail and well organized, ability to analyse with judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity
A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
