SOW Analyst (12 months contract)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in Private Banking? We're looking for a SOW Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting one of the region's top-tier private banks. If you have a strong background in compliance, AML, or onboarding, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze account profiles to identify gaps in Source of Wealth (SOW) information and corroboration.
  • Conduct reasonableness and plausibility checks on collected data.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance account profiles and SOW documentation.
  • Provide guidance and desktop research support for benchmark analysis and updates.
  • Ensure proper name screening and escalate any adverse findings appropriately.

  • Maintain accurate records of SOW/SOF data and supporting documentation.

    What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Compliance, AML, Sales Support, or Client Onboarding.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to summarize bilingual information clearly in English.
  • High attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation.
  • Ability to identify red flags and address corroboration issues effectively.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage sensitive discussions.

  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Prior experience in a top-tier Private Bank is a strong advantage.
