Analyst Programmer (In-house, Data Platform & Integration)

We are currently looking for a Analyst Programmer (Multiple Role) for one of our most sizeable in-house clients. You will play a key role in design, develop, and maintain data lakehouse platform.

Your new role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data storage and management systems.
• Build APIs and data transfer mechanisms (RESTful APIs, AWS S3) for seamless integration.
• Implement data models, data flow diagrams, and optimise system performance and scalability.
• Ensure data security and compliance through encryption, access control, and audit logging.
• Conduct testing across SDLC (unit, UAT, SIT, load, regression) and support operational activities.
• Implement data validation, lineage tracking, and quality control for diverse data types.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine platform architecture and disaster recovery strategies

  What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4 years + of experience in data integration/implementation projects, cloud-based data technologies.and related projects.

**Solid Experience in the Following Areas:**

• API Development & Integration : RESTful API , Open API, Data serialisation formats (JSON)
• Data Storage & Management : Object storage (Amazon S3), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Hybrid cloud environments
• Programming & Frameworks : Java, Python, OOP principles, Spring Boot
• Containerization & Deployment : Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Security & Authentication : Data security best practices, Encryption (data at rest and in transit)
• Authentication and authorization protocols : OAuth, JWT

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with data analysis tools, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
• Familiarity with microservices, enterprise messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and DevOps practices

• Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles, data modelling, data security and access control mechanisms
