Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Operations, Vice President to join our dynamic team at a top-tier global private equity firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of the private equity industry, working closely with fund managers, investors, and internal teams to ensure smooth fund operations and investor servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and fund accounting oversight
  • Coordinate with external administrators, auditors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and accuracy of fund reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and review of investor reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings
  • Support cash management, reconciliation, and tracking of fund transactions across multiple funds and jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with deal teams and portfolio companies to facilitate capital deployment and monitor fund performance
  • Maintain and improve operational processes and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Respond promptly to investor inquiries and support investor relations activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in fund operations, private equity, asset management, or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, capital flow mechanics, and accounting principles
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
