Event Marketing Officer, Insurance, non-sales role (1 year contract)

Your new role

  • Support event logistics and planning to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors to deliver successful events
  • Assist in event planning, including pre-event preparations and responding to sales enquiries and post-event tasks

  • Provide support for overseas conventions when necessary

    What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holders, preferably in event management or creative disciplines, hospitality management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant in event management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel for overseas event support
