You’ll work across high-performance systems, low-latency optimisation, cloud scalability, and production reliability - directly influencing trading performance across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Kernel-level performance tuning (c-groups, IRQ affinity, low-latency optimisation)
- Configure and optimise cloud and physical trading infrastructure (AWS, ALI, Oracle)
- Build and enhance automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, scripting)
- Manage Linux systems, troubleshoot production issues, and handle incident response
- Support senior management with clear communication and operational reporting
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and benchmarking capabilities
- Own documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing processes
Must Have
- Strong OS kernel-level tuning experience (c-groups, IRQ affinity, low-latency optimisation)
- Multi-cloud infrastructure background (AWS / ALI / Oracle)
- Terraform, Ansible, scripting and broader automation experience
- Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting capability
- Experience supporting production trading or high-performance systems
- Comfortable interacting with top management and supporting off-hours when needed
- Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills
