About the Role: Head of Affiliate
We're looking for an experienced and highly driven Head of Affiliate (Individual Contributor) to lead and scale our global affiliate program.
You'll be responsible for building a powerful network of affiliates, influencers, and performance partners across APAC region, and other key markets, driving new user acquisition and trading activity on Tothemoon.
This is a hands-on, strategic role - ideal for a self-starter who can independently manage partnerships, performance analytics, and deal execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You'll Do- Develop and execute the global affiliate strategy - focusing on measurable user and revenue growth.

• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates across diverse markets and channels (crypto, trading, fintech, and lifestyle).
• Negotiate and structure deals that drive high-quality traffic, user conversions, and long-term partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, retention, and trading volume.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver compelling campaigns and creative assets.
• Ensure compliance with regional marketing regulations and Tothemoon's internal policies.

• Stay on top of trends in affiliate and performance marketing, testing new tools and models to scale globally.

  Who You Are- 5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably within crypto, fintech, igaming or trading platforms.

• Proven success in building and scaling global affiliate networks and achieving measurable growth.
• Strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and agencies worldwide.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with affiliate and analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong budget management and optimization skills.
• Based in Hong Kong
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
