Our client is a leading company in the F&B industry. Today, they are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in HK.
Close inbound and outbound deals through various channels: phone, email, WhatsApp.
Acquire new clients in Hong Kong by attending events, networking with industry contacts, and converting leads into appointments.
Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and environments.
Follow up on client quotations, orders, payments, and handle customer complaints.
Conduct regular client visits, building strong, long-term relationships at all levels.
Identify and leverage opportunities to boost sales and market penetration.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and assigned sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest market information through comprehensive research.
Review weekly progress alongside sales plans and activity reports with senior leadership.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales pipelines and data throughout the year.
Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, strategies, and pricing.
Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and determined to succeed.
Strong knowledge of the food industry.
Excellent team player with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English & French; Cantonese is a plus.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
