We have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience on client serving and account management to join our team in Hong Kong as a Senior Executive, Trade Marketing, FMCG
As a Senior Executive, Trade Marketing, FMCG , you take full accountability of the assigned key accounts to develop and execute trade marketing plans with monitoring budget and sales forecast. Apart from pricing strategy planning, you will work closely with sales team on the implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales target.
General Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing plans including program initiation, funding allocation program execution, as well as promotion evaluation assigned customers and specific channels
Plan & monitor the trade marketing budgets and promotion evaluation
Oversee and manage implementation of trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities
Work closely with sales team in pricing strategy, and implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales target
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in FMCG industry (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels
Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
Ambitious, assertiveness, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
