Who are we looking for?

You work in the Cards and Lending Product team as part of a broader portfolio to design, develop and run one of our key propositions - Mox Credit. You formulate card product strategy to define the distinctive product proposition for target segments to grow market share. Intuition for design and technology, a strategic mindset and spotting opportunities to come naturally to you. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done.

Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for developing & maintaining product chassis / profitability and scheme relationship
• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategy for credit cards, managing both the shelf as well as back-books
• Lead product development from planning, P&L forecast, requirement scoping, control function approvals, product commercialization
• Working with different stakeholders and cards product owner to ensure a smooth project delivery to achieve the business goals
• Conduct periodic market assessment and review customer feedback in conjunction of overall strategy to build proposition / enhance features on existing products to solve for customer needs and maximize profitability
• Working closely with Data, Customer, Marketing, UX teams and squads to plan the product features backlog, prioritize, evaluate and deliver the initiatives
• Design, monitor and report on product KPIs, measure effectiveness of features and sharing results and insights within the organization
• Engage scheme periodically for collaboration, establish guardrails on scheme fees - monitor and optimize those
• Liaise with finance to process the scheme incentive accruals, engagement with schemes and operations teams for specific postings
• Role is the custodian of initiatives funded through the schemes value-in-kind budgets

• Monitor and ensure adherence to the control framework present in the bank

  Requirements

• Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in credit card
• Graduate / Postgraduate qualification preferable
• Analytical skills to interpret business reports, identify gaps or opportunities and develop appropriate actions for product enhancement/portfolio growth
• Solid experience in unsecured lending portfolio and product management in Hong Kong
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Fluent English and Cantonese (read and write)
• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge about the platform developing skills and APIs
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
